Deeply-Penetrating Primer - solvent free Acrylate-primer for indoors and outdoors. Stabilizes porous and sandy plaster, concrete, plasterboard etc.

A white primer is applied to the surface before wallpapering, to even out the color of the base. It is ideal for gluing transparent wallpaper, especially on non-woven fabric, as well as for repair work where a white base is needed, e.g. for rubbing plaster indoors.
Reduces the pH of plastered cement plaster walls.

The primer increases the strength of loose substrates and regulates the absorbency. Reduces the pH of plastered cementitious substrates.
